G7 share of aid to Africa at lowest level since 1970s

The proportion of total aid from the G7 and EU Institutions that goes to African countries is the lowest it has been since 1973. Despite immense need, foreign aid, or Official Development Assistance (ODA), is not growing to address the interconnected global crises.
