Sara leads ONE’s policy product design work in development finance, across official development assistance, domestic resource mobilization, debt, and innovative finance. While at ONE she has led strategic advocacy coalitions working on sovereign debt, special drawing rights, and aid quality. She has also previously acted as producer and lead editor across ONE’s policy publications, including the The DATA Report for many years. Prior to joining ONE, Sara worked at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC, and helped launch the Africa Growth Initiative. She holds an MA from the University of Florida and a BA from Wake Forest University.
