David leads ONE Data’s vision, thought leadership and partnerships work. In the past he led successful campaigns to reduce child mortality, unlock billions in funding for sustainable development, and reform the global financial architecture. He is a regular commentator on development finance, geopolitics, and the reform of global institutions.

He is a non-resident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, sits on the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), and serves on the Boards of the Africa-Europe Foundation, Trócaire, CLEAR Global and EastRise Group.
