Tosh leads ONE Data's global operations, working closely with its leadership team to strengthen the organisation and support its growing ambitions across Africa.

He brings more than 15 years of experience building and leading organisations across the continent. His work is grounded in human-centred design, with a strong focus on understanding the realities of communities and working alongside them to develop solutions that respond to local contexts. He has worked with governments, foundations and other institutions to translate these insights into practical interventions and lasting change.

Before joining ONE Data, Tosh served as Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa at IDEO.org, founded the Nairobi Design Institute, and helped launch iHub, East Africa's first innovation hub. He is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
