He builds data products to influence policy and decision making on topics like climate finance, sovereign debt, and Official Development Assistance. Previously, Jorge worked on development finance and fragility at the OECD. Originally from Guatemala, he holds a master’s degree in international affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
